In September 2024, Lily was appointed Director of the Maria Vraka Music Academy. Since her appointment, she has worked tirelessly to cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and artistically stimulating environment for both students and faculty. Under her leadership, the Academy has expanded its curriculum, developed new performance opportunities, and fostered deeper connections with the wider music community.
Lily's leadership vision centers on empowering young musicians to explore their creativity while grounding their training in technical excellence. She believes in nurturing a collaborative spirit, where students are encouraged to learn not only from their instructors but from one another, creating a culture of mutual support and growth. By integrating performance, pedagogy, and innovation, Lily envisions the Academy as a hub for musical excellence, preparing students for a wide range of careers in the arts.
